As defined in the 2000 edition of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to a broad range of activities in order to meet the requirements of a particular project.
Project management is comprised of five processes – Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing – as well as nine knowledge areas. These nine areas center on management expertise in Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk Management and Procurement.
Under project management we understand the shared responsibility and close cooperation with our customers to successfully realize a project. In order to carry your project through, a single competent contact person will be there to assist you in all matters involving coordination, planning and project accomplishment.
Whether services are supplied by Talsit or by external specialists, experienced project managers with excellent communications skills accompany the project team through the entire realization phase and ensure that the completion schedule is kept.
